Mexico Custom Trip Booking Process

Step 1

Check our visa requirement and ensure you can satisfy them all before moving ahead to step two.

General documents

  • valid passport, all old passports if any,
  • filled application form (we’ll send to you)
  • 1 coloured photo,

If employed

  • personal bank statement of the last 6 months,
  • introduction letter from the company they are working,

If self employed

  • Company bank statement of the last 6 months
  • Company registration + memorandum of association to show ownership

Step 2

Make a deposit payment of N300,000

As this is a custom travel request, it has to be tailored to your budget, so once your visa has been issued, we would plan your trip.

  • N200,000 of this goes towards your chosen package. Should you wish to plan your trip yourself after wards, this is non refundable.
  • Should you not get your visa, N200,000 would become refundable, and N100,000 becomes converted to travel credit for use within 1 year.

Step 3

Send payment receipt and a virtual meeting appointment date would be sent to you.

You have the option to choose a morning or evening time.

You would need to email your visa requirements to before the meeting.

Should you not satisfy our assessment, N250,000 from your deposit would be immediately refunded (but please note no meeting link would be sent without payment).

Step 4

We’ll support you to schedule your appointment for your document submissions or visa. You would however need to go into the embassy in Abuja, for submission.

It is your responsibility to get to Abuja in good time in order to meet up with your appointment.

Step 5

We would send you your interview pack a week to you appointment.

This would include your flights, accommodation, tour itinerary, and travel insurance.

Step 6

Once your visa has been confirmed, as mentioned in step 2, we would confirm your trip plans and expect you to pay your balance within 3 days.

Should you wish to plan you trip by yourself, your deposit becomes non refundable and non transferable.

Step 7

You would receive your travel pack at least 1 week to your travel. This would include your confirmed bookings, travel insurance, travel agreement and health questionnaire and your travel experience itinerary handcrafted by us for you with love to ensure you have a memorable vacation.

You could also track your progress online. Log in information would be shared by your travel advisor.

Step 8

We would contact you up to 3 days of the trip to ensure you have all necessary (additional) travel requirements in place e.g Covid-19 test (if applicable).

You would also be granted access to our 24hours helpline should you need any emergency help whilst away.

Step 9

We wish you a pleasant journey! We look forward to your tags on our social media handles. We would also be grateful if you could complete our guest review which would be shared with you by your trip’s advisor.
