Spain Family Holiday Booking Process

Step 1

Check our visa requirement and ensure you can satisfy them all before moving ahead to step two.

General documents

  • valid passport, all old passports if any,
  • filled Schengen application form,
  • 1 colored photo,

If employed

  • personal bank statement of the last 6 months,
  • introduction letter from the company they are working,

If self employed

  • Company bank statement of the last 6 months
  • Company registration + memorandum of association to show ownership

To be provided by us

  • Travel insurance
  • Flight reservation
  • Hotel reservation
  • Introduction/ cover letter

 Step 2- Payment and Terms

Make a payment of N500,000 per adult and children (2 to 12)

Should you not get your visa, N200,000 would become refundable within 10 working days, N200,000 becomes converted to travel credit for use within 1 year. 

N100,000 (which covers visa fees, travel insurance and service charges are non refundable)

Step 3

Send payment receipt and a virtual meeting appointment date would be sent to you.

You have the option to choose a morning or evening time.

You would need to email your visa requirements to before the meeting.

Should you not satisfy our assessment, N450,000 from your deposit would be immediately refunded (but please note no meeting link would be sent without payment).

Step 4

We’ll support you to schedule your appointment for your document submissions or visa. All submission at BLS centre in Lagos.

It is your responsibility to get to Lagos in good time in order to meet up with your appointment.

All visa payments are paid directly by clients at the embassy to be deducted from your balance.



Step 5

Once your visa has been confirmed,

You would be required to pay your balance within 3 days. Should you wish to plan you trip by yourself, your deposit becomes non refundable and non transferable.
